Return & Refund Policy

At Panvera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have received an incorrect item, we're happy to make it right.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for incorrect items only (i.e., you received a product different from what you ordered). To be eligible, items must be:

• In their original, unsealed packaging
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Items that have been opened or unsealed
• Change-of-mind purchases
• Items not in their original condition or packaging

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at nickson@panvera.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
